Hardy Succulents is a UK-based online retailer specialising in hardy succulents and cacti suitable for outdoor growing in the British climate. Our store is operated through this website at hardy-succulents.shop.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is accepted.

Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in full at the time of order via our secure checkout.

We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed — they can be affected by carrier delays and seasonal demand.

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Plants are living things. We take care to pack them safely but cannot guarantee condition if delivery is significantly delayed by factors outside our control (severe weather, carrier errors).

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel, contact us within that window.

Because plants are perishable, we ask that you photograph any issues immediately on arrival. We'll arrange a replacement or refund for plants that arrive in poor condition due to transit damage — we just need the evidence to process it quickly.

We cannot accept returns of live plants that have been planted out or kept for more than 14 days, unless they arrive visibly damaged.

We do our best to describe hardiness ratings, light requirements, and growing conditions accurately. However, plant performance varies with local conditions — soil, aspect, drainage, and microclimate all play a role. Our ratings are guides, not guarantees.

Always check the specific conditions in your garden before purchasing. If in doubt, ask us — we love talking plants.

Our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or consequential damages.
