Yes — we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. Aggregate data only: which pages are visited, how long sessions last, where visitors come from. No personally identifiable information is collected or stored by us.
Via a Google Analytics 4 tag loaded on every page. It records your general region (country/city level), browser type, and navigation behaviour. IP addresses are anonymised before they reach our analytics account. You can opt out at any time using the cookie toggle in the bottom-right of the screen.
Because this is a Shopify-powered store, Shopify sets a small number of strictly necessary cookies to make the shop work — your cart, checkout session, and login state. These cannot be disabled; without them you wouldn't be able to add plants to your bag or complete a purchase.

Analytics data helps us understand which plants people are most interested in, where the site might be confusing, and whether changes we make are actually improvements. That's it. We don't build profiles, sell data, or use it for advertising.

If you register, we store your email address and name via Shopify so you can log in and view your orders. This data is held by Shopify on our behalf and is never shared with third parties. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.
